Martin Doster, will be speaking about ways that Real Estate professionals have taken advantage of current environmental policies to re-develop our abandoned and under-utilized urban properties.

Martin L. Doster, a Professional Engineer, earned his degree in Chemical Engineering from the University at Buffalo.  He has over 34 years of experience in the fields of hazardous waste remediation and wastewater engineering, and was the Regional Engineer for the Division of Environmental Remediation in Buffalo, NY for over 26 years, including projects conducted under the State’s Superfund Program, Brownfield Cleanup Program, Environmental Restoration Program and Emergency Response.  He is currently the Chief Operating Officer and Sr. Environmental Advisor at the law firm of Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP.  Martin is also an adjunct faculty member and teaches engineering at the University of Buffalo. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Buffalo Niagara Riverkeepers.
