Please join us on Tuesday, March 16, 2010 at 12:15 p.m., at the Offices of Phillips Lytle LLP, 3400 HSBC Center, Buffalo, NY 14203 in conference room A-31 (Grover Cleveland) for a presentation by Krista Gottlieb, Esq. of Mattar, D'Agostino & Gottlieb, LLP on process of Arbitration v. Mediation and the recent trend to settle disputes prior to trial.
