ANNUAL RED MASS
WNYPA representatives attended the Buffalo, NY Red Mass on September 15, 2021, at St. Joseph Cathedral. Lynda Wilcox, Board of Director, and Diane Capicotto, Officer, participated in the offertory by presenting the gifts to the Celebrant, the Most Reverend Michael Fisher, Bishop of Buffalo. The Hon. Emilio Colaiacovo, J.S.C. offered judicial remarks. The Red Mass celebrates the judicial year in honor of St. Thomas More, patron saint of the legal profession, to seek guidance in the administration of justice. Many legal professionals attended the mass including judges, attorneys, court personnel, paralegals and legal assistants.
